Banana Mana Fofana

I’ve never been a huge ice cream fan, but occasionally I do indulge in a banana split. I recently put together this healthy version and it’s now one of my favorite breakfast treats! Slice your banana in half lengthwise and place on plate. Instead of ice cream, I then topped the bananas with dollops of Greek yogurt. Next I added granola…now it’s time to get creative! For this particular one, I included fresh blackberries, dried apricots and drizzled it all with honey! You can use any fruits and toppings of your choice! How fun would this be for a “make your own” breakfast bar?! Chat later…I’m off to have another “banana split”!
